Lily Proctor

Lily Proctor is a student representative for the TAMREF, who currently attends Smithsburg High School for her education. She was strongly impacted by the loss of her best friend Aiden, and is aiming to make not only students at her school safe, but many others in her community that are struggling with mental health and feeling accepted and safe. She is a strong advocate for mental health and for equality in the LGBTQ+ community. She is driven to inspire others, and herself, to stand up, use their voice, and do what’s right.
